Hello and welcome to HCM, Your uterine ultrasound shows multiple fibroids. Fibroids are benign smooth muscle tumors which do not cause any bad effect till they are asymptomatic. Fibroids can cause menorrhagia, pain, irregular menstrual cycles. When symptomatic, treatment is required. Treatment varies from hormonal treatment to embolization to surgery depending upon the fertility status of patient. Presence of dominant follicle in ovary is a normal finding.
